Yes we have worked on many heritage and listed buildings and we fully understand that they require specialist maintenance to keep their original features intact.
This can all depend on several different factors. The main one being the scale of the project. A large barn conversion for example will take a lot longer than an extension. Other factors like resources and weather can also have a huge impact. With this being said, if you choose us to manage the project for you, we will be able to come up with a timescale, which we will do our best to stick to.

Yes we do. We work very closely, with several contractors that provide all the services we need to finish your project to an outstanding level. Our subcontractors are all extremely reputable and reliable and provide exceptional services.
